Agreement with Croatia

Zagreb, November 14, 2008

 

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information was signed on November 14, 2008 in Zagreb.

Upon authorization of the President of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Nikola Gruevski, M.Sc., on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, the Agreement was signed by the Acting Director of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information. On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the Agreement was signed by Mr. Ladislav Pivchevic, Director of the Office of the National Security Council.

The Agreement, which was ratified by the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia in January 2009, entered into force on July 10, 2009.
