Paris, France, 20-21 May, 2015 (Workshop on Critical Information Infrastructure Protection and Public Private Partnership)
Tallinn, Estonia, 14-18 June, 2015 (Study visit)
Prague, Czech Republic, 29-30 June 2015 (Cyber Security Exercise with focus on Governmental/National CIRT and network forensics)

In the period between May and June 2015, representatives from the Directorate for Security of Classified Information participated in a cycle of learning events related to the promotion and implementation of the pilot project ENCYSEC. Funded by the EU and implemented by the consortium Expertise France - Civipol Conseil, this pilot project has an overall objective to increase the security and resilience of Information Communication Technologies networks in the beneficiary countries (Macedonia, Moldova and Kosovo). The project consists of three components: 1. CERT Capacity building, 2. Cyber security strategies and awareness raising and 3. Enhancing Cooperation: PPPs and International Cooperation
By taking part in these various learning modules held at different venues in Europe, the DSCI’s representatives got an insight into the modalities of building local and institutional capacities to adequately prevent, respond to and prosecute cyber attacks and/or accidental failures.
